Tell us about your property by filling out our Property Information Form. We’ll gather the necessary information and begin our research.
We’ll review your property and determine our fair cash offer amount. Our offer will be based on:

- Type of road access and available utilities (e.g. water, electric, sewer)
- Easements & Usage Restrictions
